At Real Deal Roasters we roast great quality coffee beans, in small batches, to ensure your cup is as fresh and delicious as humanly possible. This flexibility, together with our great coffee beans, means we guarantee the quality and freshness of every bag of our coffee.
All our coffees are hand-roasted using one of our beautifully restored 1940’s Italian coffee roasters. These are not fast industrial roasting machines. Instead they allow us to roast each batch for just the right length of time to let the natural flavours of every bean develop. Very importantly we then carefully “rest” the roasted coffee beans until they are at their absolute peak of flavour.
